Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by email: email@example.com.We accept returns on full-priced items for an exchange or store credit, provided wares are unused and in their original condition.
Returns are only accepted if the item is found to be faulty on delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for small differences in colour, shape and size to the website photographs. We do not provide refunds on change of mind and sale items cannot be returned. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Products must be returned to keep within two weeks of receiving your order, at the cost of the customer. Once received we will either send out your chosen item for exchange or issue you with store credit. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Item damaged on arrival?
Please contact us ASAP and we will follow up with the courier. Returns of faulty items will be accepted unless deemed general wear and tear. If accepted, we will replace the faulty item at our expense. If the product is no longer available we will offer a store credit or refund.
